Sinyi Realty has been honored with the “Sustainability Reporting” award at the Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA) for seven consecutive years, achieving the highest level of recognition - the Gold Class. And also received “Best Practices Award” - Great Practice, by “Sustainable Branches: Our Shared Choice.”

At the 7th Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA), a total of 82 entries were submitted, with 46 recognized in the Sustainability Reporting Awards and 17 honored in the Best Practice Awards.

Sinyi Realty received the Sustainability Reporting - Gold Class for its Sustainability Report, reflecting the company’s core philosophy of “put righteousness before profit.” The company regularly publishes comprehensive and detailed sustainability reports that demonstrate its responses to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and communicate concrete sustainability actions to stakeholders. The sustainability report was independently verified by third-party institutions to ensure objectivity and credibility, underscoring Sinyi Realty’s commitment to information transparency and ethical business practices.

In addition, “Sustainable Branches: Our Shared Choice” program received the GCSA Best Practice Award- Great Practice. Sinyi Realty's Sustainable Branches project combines employees' voluntary service with their expertise in community building, stemming from the award-winning WE ARE ONE initiative. The project seeks to promote community development in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each of the company's nearly 500 branches crafts unique activities that incorporate local features and stakeholder involvement. A Sustainability Activity Guide and self-assessment checklist are provided to ensure sustainable practices. By building partnerships with clients and suppliers while promoting ESG-compliant products, the project aspires to convert branches into warm venues for communities, positioning Sinyi Realty as a leader in sustainability and community engagement.

About Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA)

To encourage companies worldwide engaging into sustainable developments. Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA) is being hosted where companies will be offered opportunities to demonstrate their creativity, capability, and results, which will further contribute towards sustainable development, environmental friendliness, and social justice. The GCSA is hosted by the Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals (A‧SDGs).

The GCSA will offer recognition in three major award categories:
