Corporate Purpose
The founder, Mr. Chun-chi Chou, wrote the corporate purpose in 1981.
We are willing to serve the general public with expertise and teamwork; to foster the secure, speedy and reasonable of real estate transactions; to provide employees with a secure working environment in which to grow; to sustain the group’s survival and development while generating reasonable profits.
It clearly describes the ethical relations with stakeholders, but also expresses our three major commitments to the stakeholders.

New Corporate Purpose
The Sinyi staffs have been so proud of the corporate purpose alongside Sinyi Realty for 28 years. In order to develop a new Sinyi Group, by the end of 2008, the Sinyi staffs based on the original Corporate Purpose made of 70 Chinese characters to develop new corporate purpose. We have raised more than 700 ideas and held more than 200 meetings. In 2009, we have a new corporate purpose which becomes a force to support Sinyi greater.
