Environmental conditions are one of the important factors affecting everyone's health. Sinyi often finds opportunities to make the surroundings better. We roll up sleeves and take real actions to bring more virtuous cycles.

By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development.

Children still learn a large number of knowledge, so Sinyi invests time and manpower to bring sustainable knowledge as an opportunity to accompany children, adding concepts such as gender equality or self-protection to the story for bringing a positive change.

Living in a busy city, we often forget to leave some time for those who are in need. Sinyi discovers the need for the safety of school children, so we became the safety guard of better security.

We are committed to becoming a facilitator of a better community living, Sinyi understands the importance of environmental cleanliness to the community over the time we face epidemics. At the same time, being friendly to the earth is also one of our goals. Therefore, Sinyi works with the community to produce cleansers with renewable resources to make life less chemistry also reduces waste.

Community Engagement

We have developed community service in the spirit of prioritizing and benefiting. So far, we have launched various projects corresponding to SDGs, and continue to care about the needs of the community in order to build a better support network. Community service initiative to remain relevant while implementing Sinyi's core principle of being people-oriented. Programs are customized to meet needs and to maintain trustworthiness and relevance.

Organize sustainable events following the ISO 20121 management system standard

For years, Sinyi Realty has actively fostered a sense of community cohesion by sponsoring community initiatives and engaging with local neighborhoods. This extends the core values of the company to neighboring communities and cities. Through efforts between our branches and community residents, we aim to establish a foundation of mutual trust and emotional connection. We are aware that various activities can bring about positive or negative impacts on society, the environment, and the economy. Therefore, we aspire to provide a sustainable event management approach that enhances positive influences. Sinyi Realty adopted the "ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System" in 2017 and achieved third-party verification.

Sustainable Branch Activity

Building a health protection network together

In today's society, pets have become integral members of families, prompting us to consider creating livable environments for both humans and animals in future sustainable cities. Sinyi Realty's sustainable branch, Zhongxiao Yucheng Store, discovered that while Taiwan is not a rabies-endemic area, there is still a potential risk of rabies infection for pets participating in community activities. As a result, in collaboration with local community leaders, animal welfare agencies, and local veterinarians, we provided free rabies vaccinations at Yucheng Park. This initiative aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 on partnerships and invites local residents to join us in building a health protection network.

Through sustainable event management, we have centered our approach on sustainable development, considering the societal, environmental, economic, and supply chain impacts of community events. Following the PDCA cycle of management, we have minimized potential negative impacts and expanded positive influence associated with branch-hosted community activities. This successful implementation of ISO 20121 demonstrates our commitment to achieving sustainable development goals during event planning and execution. Our internal aspiration is for all Sinyi branches to adhere to sustainable principles and guidelines when organizing activities, ensuring responsiveness to stakeholders' concerns from planning to execution. Externally, we aim to amplify Sinyi's influence by promoting sustainable development concepts and awareness.
