At the prestigious Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards (ASRA), widely recognized as one of the most significant sustainability accolades in Asia, Sinyi Realty proudly secured three major awards. This outstanding feat not only highlights our leadership in Taiwan's real estate industry but also reinforces our position as a beacon of sustainable practices across Asia.

This commitment has earned us top marks in corporate governance for ten years running, putting us in the top 5% of listed companies on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.

About Asia Sustainability Reporting Award, ASRA

ASRA is organized by CSRWorks International, a Singapore-based sustainability services firm focused on advisory, training and thought leadership, on a non-profit basis. The Awards celebrate best practice in sustainability reporting.

An independent panel of judges with distinguished backgrounds assesses the entries to decide the winners. The judging panel has members drawn from diverse fields such as non-profit organizations, academia, sustainability advocacy, professional bodies, industry networks, and media to enrich the judging process. In 2023, there are hundreds of companies across 15 countries, competing in 17 categories of awards, with a total of 51 places for gold, silver and bronze awards.

As the pinnacle of recognition for sustainability reporting, ASRA has become one of the most competitive sustainability awards in Asia. Each year, hundreds of companies from across Asia vie for these prestigious accolades, making the competition incredibly fierce. This high level of participation not only underscores the growing importance of sustainability reporting in the Asian business landscape but also highlights the significance of achieving recognition at ASRA.
