In 2022 this year, a total of 260 submissions across 19 countries have undergone a stringent judging process which is based on the 3 criterion of effectiveness and reach, relevance, and sustainability, and only 100 impactful CSR programs and 3 business leaders were accorded as winners.

Sinyi Realty has begun GHG inventory since 2010, and set goals to reduce carbon emissions. Last year, we set a goal of Net Zero 2030 and a science-based target being approved by SBTi. Because of our continuous efforts, our performance in sustainability and environmental protection have been highly recognized by international rating agencies. It is Sinyi’s honor to be recognized again by AREA as a Green Leader in the industry.

Social Empowerment Award is given to recognize Sinyi’s heart for communities. Every branch store is a member of the local community, and with years of experience in community projects, combined with Sinyi’s core competencies, we have started service in local community since 2018, hoping that through the power of the company, more people can move forward with the concept of sustainability and make community a sustainable lifestyle base.

Being recognized as the 2021 winner of "Green Leadership" and “Social Empowerment“, Sinyi was also awarded in many other categorized by AREA in 2020, 2016, and 2017.
