subsidiary of its holding the groundbreaking ceremony for
the construction of the hotel

5.Cause of occurrence:The Company's  100%  directly-owned
subsidiary,  Zhancheng Tourism Development Sdn. Bhd.,
partnered with IHG  Group  to  build the ”InterContinental
Kota Kinabalu Resort Sabah” in Menlinsung, Sabah, Malaysia,
and the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the
hotel was held on November 20,  2023. The whole cost of
construction project is expected to be RM$1 billion
(approximately of NT$6.7 billion) which should be
approved by the Board of Directors of Zhancheng Tourism
Development Sdn. Bhd. and the Company, respectively.
