Sinyi Group Joins Taiwan Nature Positive Initiative
Sinyi Group has been paying attention to environmental issues for a long time by working with Dr. Cecilia Koo Botanic Conservation Center to restore endangered plants for five consecutive years, as well as taking the lead in releasing the "Sinyi Group Statement of Biodiversity Commitment” in 2022. On the 15th of December, 2022, Sinyi Group joined the BCSD Taiwan Natural Positive Initiative together with other 7 companies. Sinyi Group stated that as all sectors of the society increasingly realize that biodiversity is closely related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, people's understanding of terrestrial and marine habitats and creatures is still limited, so the cooperation of industry, government and academy is needed. The intention of joining the BCSD Taiwan Natural Positive Initiative is hoping that through the connection of the platform we can make substantive contributions to biodiversity in Taiwan.
