Material Topics and their Meaning
to Sinyi

Established on trustfulness and righteousness, aimed for perfection. With "people-oriented" spirit, we try to bring positive influence from inside out, and with business ethics integrating in our thoughts and behaviors, we try to develop appropriate relationship with the society. “Walk the talk”. Customer data security and protection services are our primary concern. We commit to exceed customer expectation on transaction security. The modularization of services in community can further connect Sinyi with local residents. We care about our impact being brought to local economy, environment, and the disadvantaged in the society. We will use our core competency to extend the goodness, trust, righteousness, and ethics from home to community, and then to the society.

Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
Our Action

The pandemic prompted corporations to value the health and wellbeing of humans. As a result, we provided anti-endemic publication, spray bottles, and protections over things that people usually touched such as an elevator panel for reinforcing human well-being.

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Our Action

Sub-goal: By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and nonviolence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development.

Our Action

By 2030 achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.

Sub-goal: Ensure equal opportunity and reduce inequalities of outcome, including by eliminating discriminatory laws, policies and practices and promoting appropriate legislation, policies and action in this regard.

Our Action

Sub-goal: By 2030, ensure access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services.

Our Action

Sinyi conveys sustainable value of environmental protection to the society. We held “go green” seminars through our local stores, and actively spread the spirit of mutual good and practical way of sustainable life in the community.

Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
Our Action

In order to deepen sustainable action, we actively participate in various sustainable organizations and jointly promote the SDGs. As an industry leader, we hope to unite the enterprise alliance and supply chain, gathering power in the process, and to speak up together, to attract social awareness, and to spread power to every corner. We launched the “We are ONE” project in 2004 to make community building a national movement, get involved and volunteer in the community.


Follow Chapter 4 of the "CSR Best Practice Principles for TWSE Listed Companies" to formulate relevant social norms and the "Code of Practice for CSR of Sinyi Realty“. Also to comply with the provisions of the "Personal Data Protection Act" and formulate key points for the internal data protection for Sinyi Group.

    Short-term Strategic Goal: 2021 Cumulative proposal coverage rate to reach 99.66%

    In 2021, we will continue to enrich the knowledge database of the community capacity building project, to expand its influence and interactions between different ethnic groups, to deepen the knowledge for all people, in order to reach the goal –99.66% of Taiwan’s towns are covered in the proposals. We will also promote diverse community services to complete 6,500 volunteer hours.
