Material Topics and their Meaning
to Sinyi

Our employees are at the core of our success. As such attracting outstanding talent and providing a healthy and safe workplace have both been goals toward which we continue to strive. It is our hope that we will be able to achieve our long-term vision of “Toward Co-existence, Co-prosperity, and Co-creation” through two major themes: Attracting Great Talent, and Creating a Friendly Workplace.

Attracting Great Talent

We at Sinyi Realty have always considered our employees to be partners in the business, and we hope that they will be able to grow alongside the company. As such, we provide competitive levels of compensation and a comprehensive system of benefits to attract outstanding talent. Given the high-pressure nature of the real estate industry, employee turnover is higher than most other industries. As such, we have made unceasing efforts to boost retention through various innovative policies. As a result, we implemented Sinfu Coin- a flexible benefits system.

Creating a Friendly Workplace

Our commitment to providing a good environment to ensure our workers enjoy job security and professional growth has been a constant in Sinyi Realty, and we intend to continue these efforts alongside our workers into the future. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
Our Action

By 2030, halve global deaths from road traffic accidents. Achieve university health coverage (UHC), including financial risk protection, access to quality essential health care services, and access to safe, effective, quality, and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all. By 2030, end the epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and neglected tropical diseases and combat hepatitis, water-borne diseases, and other communicable diseases.

Sinyi has established a “Happy Health Management Center” systematizing care for workers’ health and safety and providing a diverse range of considerate benefits, demonstrating to our staff how important they are to Sinyi. We also regularly organize traffic safety, fire safety, and first aid training courses, aiming to reduce the number of workers injured due to traffic accidents. On top of this, through the Sinyi Health Program, we provide systematic assistance in the prevention of AIDS, give workers the medical care help they need, and ensure that they enjoy healthy bodies and work-life balance.

Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Our Action

By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship. Sinyi reaches out to campuses to help young people get an early and deep appreciation of corporate sustainability and the skills needed in the real estate industry. This not only helps these young people prepare well for their careers while also creating more opportunities for Sinyi to recruit outstanding talent .

Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Our Action

End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls in Sinyi. We strive to adopt and strengthen sound policies and enforceable legislation for the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls at all levels such as our performance management review for employees do not differ by gender and equal pay for work of equal value. Sinyi also works on eliminating gender discrimination actively via regulations such as the Sexual Harassment Prevention Action held related training courses regularly. For supporting women in their career lives, we have launched second-child (including above) grants of 120,000 NTD and maternity benefits. Besides, a policy of parental leave is made available to both genders, and applicants can retain their job without pay for a set period and apply for reinstatement at the end.

Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
Our Action

By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value. Sinyi offers competitive overall compensation and a comprehensive system of benefits; moreover, Sinyi provided exclusive flexible benefits- Sinfu Coin, which is enabling employees to enjoy the training they need and providing systems of communication and verification that help reduce any and all forms of compulsory.

We also offered policies included the first high-security monthly salary for newcomers and our new talent oriented program. Through these, we hope to provide fair employment relations and adequate work opportunities.
