In 2023 this year, over 300 submissions across 19 countries have undergone a 5-month long judging process which is based on the 3 criteria: relevance, effectiveness and reach, and sustainability. Only 78 impactful ESG programs were accorded as winners.

Business ethics is the core value of Sinyi Realty. In addition to implementing it within the company, fostering talent through long-term operations is essential to witness meaningful changes. Since 2012, Sinyi Realty has been supporting the establishment of the "Sinyi School" in collaboration with the College of Commerce at National Chengchi University. The school has achieved remarkable success in cultivating talents, promoting research on sustainability and business ethics. In 2022, Sinyi Realty signed a new ten-year plan for the next phase, and for “Decade-long Cultivation of Sustainable Talent”, Sinyi received AREA - “Investment in People Award”.

Sinyi Realty’s 2021 Sustainability Report marked the release of the 13th edition, and was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards (2021), while the information disclosed is in keeping with the international standards including the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Rules Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies, the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000. Refer to the SASB standards and the TCFD framework for disclosure, and signed support for TCFD. Sinyi was recognized by AREA – “Corporate Sustainability Reporting Award” for it aim to provide greater understanding to all stakeholders and its achievements in practicing sustainable development.
