In 2021, Sinyi Realty has become the winner of “Sustainability Reporting Award-Gold” of Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA) for four consecutive years. In addition, we also received “Best Practice Award” for “Deeply Rooted in Communities for a Sustainable Future.” Moreover, the Founder of Sinyi Group Mr. Chun-chi Chou was awarded “Outstanding Professional Award.”

Mr. Chou is recognized through his innovation, visionary management, and his belief in business ethics as the core value of Sinyi. Under Mr. Chou’s leadership, Sinyi has created shareholders value by showing a growing trend on operating revenue and was ranked among Top 5% in the listed group of Corporate Governance Evaluation by TWSE for 7 consecutive years. In 2021, he further led Sinyi into joining the Net Zero x 2030/2050 Initiative while celebrating Sinyi’s 40th anniversary, he is committed to leading Sinyi people toward to a more sustainable and resilient future.

Sinyi received Best Practice Awards with “Deeply Rooted in Communities for a Sustainable Future.” By integrating branch and Sinyi’s core competency of promoting community building, we would like to achieve “Every branch has its unique story” – an exclusive appearance with local features. In 2021, we further connected our 17 sustainable branches to 17 SDGs. About Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA)

To encourage companies worldwide engaging into sustainable developments. Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA) is being hosted where companies will be offered opportunities to demonstrate their creativity, capability, and results, which will further contribute towards sustainable development, environmental friendliness, and social justice. The GCSA is hosted by the Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals (A‧SDGs).

The GCSA will offer recognition in three major award categories:
