Sinyi Realty was recognized by the 2021 Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards (AREA), and stood out from 205 companies in 16 countries in Asia and became the winner of "Corporate Governance Award" and "Investment in People Award." And the founder of Sinyi Group, Mr. Chun-chi Chou, was awarded the "Responsible Business Leadership Award."

The founder of Sinyi Group, Mr. Chun-chi Chou, has been actively taking care of all stakeholders since he founded Sinyi Realty in 1981, and he has been awarded the "Responsible Business Leadership Award."

In addition, Sinyi is a people-oriented company and developmentally appropriate for youth to cultivate. Over the years, Sinyi assists students in preparation before graduation, recruiting great talents for business, and enhancing knowledge exchange in industry and academic fields. Sinyi has won the honor of “Investment in People Award” with “Industry-academia Collaboration Program.”

Drawing on the traditional Chinese philosophy of Confucianism, Sinyi has developed our own unique approach to incorporating ethical business behavior into the business operations, strictly implemented corporate governance, strengthening the operational structure and functions of the Board of Directors, and won the “Corporate Governance Award” with “Integrate Ethics into Sinyi.”

Following became the winner of the "Green Leadership" and "Human Investment" awards in 2020, and "Social Empowerment" category of AREA in 2016 and 2017, Sinyi has earned recognition from the jury again.

Organized by Enterprise Asia, the leading non-governmental organization for responsible entrepreneurship in Asia, the AREA aims to recognize and honor Asian businesses and leaders for championing sustainable and socially responsible business practices.

The award categories are Social Empowerment, Investment in People, Health Promotion, Green Leadership, Corporate Governance, Circular Economy Leadership and Responsible Business Leadership.

In 2021, 205 submissions across 16 countries were received from a diversity of industries and leading organizations across Asia. A total of 69 projects and business leaders were selected as recipients of the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards 2021 (AREA), demonstrating a continued dedication to responsible business practices despite the pandemic.
