In order to persistently run real estate development
business, the Company's Board of Directors resolved its
100% owned subsidiary, Sinyi Development Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as”Sinyi Development”) to search
real estate in Taipei City to joint construction or to acquire
land for development in the amount of no more than NTD 2.5 billion,
and at the same time authorizes the chairperson of Sinyi
Development to negotiate the conditions and contract-related
matters with others.
